Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Include all original packaging and accessories.

• Include proof of purchase.

• Not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or customized products.

• Final sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards.

• Products damaged through improper use.

• Items returned without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs of the product.

• Photos of the packaging.

• A brief explanation of the issue.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they are defective, damaged during shipping, or shipped incorrectly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.
